The workers were so rude to me and they have zero empathy to the patient. After waiting 5 hours in an emergency room, when I asked can I leave to eat something and back they told me I can t leave otherwise they have to start to process from the beginning. When I asked okay than, how long should I wait? They said they have no idea and even if its another 5 hours, I have nothing else to do but wait. Their soft skills and communication methods were terrible. Hopefully never needed to go there again…

I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and had my operation in Olga Hospital. I can not describe how much love and care I received from the personal at all levels. I am forever grateful to Dr. Basali for not only saving my life but saving my boob which looks almost the same as the other one although the tumor size was quite impressive. With massive gratitude 🙏❤️

They call themselves a children's hospital, but boy, are you in for a big surprise! They are nothing but beaurocrats, from the first person at the counter to the last doctor, nitpicking at everything and screening every tiny detail so that they will send you packing as soon as possible. If you have a surgery planned at this hospital, it's gonna be a sad experience. They don't just cancel the surgery---they wait until you are already at the hospital, keeping your child without food and drinks, cancelling off all of your other appointments (losing a lot of money in the process), and humiliate the parents, telling them with a patronizing attitude that they lack this or that piece of paper- while it is clear that they haven't been doing their job, not even looking on the test results of your child that they should operate on that very morning!!! And then blaming it all on you! Yes, this has happened to us. Twice!!! Of course the parents are to blame that the surgeon hasn't checked everything that they needed for the surgery (including some tiny 'details' such as the consent for the surgery, or the tests that your child has done in the same hospital and that seem to have vanished in a black hole or something, because they cant be found in the system). To call these people unprofessional would be a gross understatement. Do yourself a favor and choose another medical center that really want to help children. I only have the option to give one star, but they deserve none.

I was there in the emergency room with my newborn. I guess because the child was just a week old we got priority in service and the check was done almost immediately (I saw older kids waiting in the queue). Unfortunately, we had to stay in the hospital for several days for treatment. But on the brighter side, I can say that almost everyone spoke English, all the nurses and doctors were kind, caring, competent and nice. I see people sometimes complain about the language, but I would be here on a side of the hospital: we are in Germany and if you are in need of emergency, you can use Google translate to narrate your message to a person who doesn't speak English. As well I can understand long waiting times: it's a big hospital in Stuttgart, I don't think doctors are drinking coffee and chatting while we wait. Most likely they just take care of more urgent patients. I lived in Czech and it was exactly the same situation there, with my older daughter sometimes we would wait for 2 hours. It's normal, one just has to be aware of the waiting time. All in all, I was very satisfied, great hospital, I would come here again in case of emergency.

The patient is clearly an inconvenience to be shunted aside, and are worthy of no basic respect in the eyes of the management. Immense disrespect for your time in every imaginable way. Deeply inefficient check in processes that dttetch 30 minutes or more just to be allowed to go to a pre-set appointment, another check in at the department in question, willingness to have surgical appointment children wait for hours - in this case 2 hours and 15 minutes - past their appointment time, and a blithe and patronizing attitude that there's just nothing to be done about it and that's the way it is. The maternity clinic is no better. A woman with months of pre-work in their clinic, will be turned away while in labor with her water broken. This may be the German standard, but it is capped off by the hospital giving you a phone number list and told "good luck calling around - oh, don't forget to get one with a NICU (without so much as saying which those are). This isn't theoretical - it happened, my wife lived it, right down to being told "good luck finding one with a NICU". Basically, if you're a patient here, in their eyes you're scum and they can treat you however they want. The doctors are competent, but the administration is the worst I've seen in decades. Stay away from this disaster. Update: their social media team attempted to suppress this post for " being offensive."

5 stars for the delivery/Kreissal Team. I had the baby there in June and all the hebamme that I came into contact with were very competent, helpful and friendly. I felt in good hands and trusted them along the process. While the Wochenbett Station was generally ok, I was very disappointed that at the first sign of problem with breastfeeding, we got forced to feed Pre Milch with the bottle. This set us a few steps back with breastfeeding, cause the baby didn’t want to latch anymore. It also didn’t help that every Hebamme had a different suggestion for what to do. Very late a Hebamme suggested pumping so I can feed our baby my own breast milk and thus avoid the pre Milch. Luckily, after a few weeks of hard work, we managed to get our baby to breastfeed again.
